What you are describing sounds more like rod knock and you should stop running the engine immedietely and have this checked out before further damage is done.
i stopped running the engine immediately plugs are fine but i think it bent a valve on cyl 1 what would cause this based on the datatlog ...

i also noticed the cam angle jumps to 107 degrees at 7:02 in the dattalog i just did a compression test cyl 1 has 0 compression and the rest have about 150ish.
