Hello
I had My built h22 dynoed and mapped with hondata, but I thought I would check My timing om the distributor yesterday, it says 11degree. And the h22 should be 15. But when I Go into set timing in hondata, that means that i generally increase timing by 4degrees All over the Matrix?

Re: Build h22 - idle problems
Oh I figured I think, Usec is a value of lets say 1340, in hondata we just type in 1.34 right?
Another thing I was wondering, according to Injector dynamic spec sheet, if I run 45psi fuel pressure injector delevers 730cc should that be typed in hondata instead of 725. Or if its 43.5psi its 715cc ...

Re: Build h22 - idle problems

one question though. In Hondata under Fuel Injector tap where I set the Volts for the injector, ID supplied use for 8-10-12-14-16 volts. thats 5 different volt settings but in Hondata there are 7 ...

Re: Build h22 - idle problems
The IACV is working, when I pull on the slider in smanager it does make a difference in idle.
But it feels like the car will choke it self to death below 1200ish RPM, cant relly figure out why. I just did the TPS calibration yesterday, and according to the manual 0.48v at closed TP and 4.5v at fully ...

Re: Fully Built H22 CPR Idle/Flooding Issues
I also have a fully built h22 with rc550cc injectors. They were plug and play on my 93 prelude. However I was told they suck. I too have a bit of fuel problem which seems to be injector fault..
I was told to buy a set of ID725cc injectors instead of the rc injectors as they use 20yr old technology ...

Hm ye could be, maybe a bad ground somewhere..? Will check up on that when its getting in for the winter..
Did you notice the high ignition in low rpm range, after giving it some gas and it drops down again? It will die on me if it doesnt get alot of ignition there

Re: Low idle in high humidity weather?
I've attached the "old idle map" with a cold start. Ran fine today, but again it doesnt in high humidity weather.. But I guess thats how it should be?
