No Light?

On my S200 the light never comes on. I tested the 4 wires going from the ECU to the unit and I have the 2 that are 5 volts. Is my hondata bad? What else can I check? The Logger can't connect to it either.

Thank you, that was the answer I was looking for. I wanted to confirm I was having a connection problem. I think it's because all I have are Dell computers.

Now can someone tell me the procedure that takes place when I purchase data logging? Do I need to send it in for the upgrade?

I didn't ask about data logging. I asked if I could open the "Hondalogger" program and click ECU -> "ECU Information". To me I should be able to click that and it would say "hey, you don't have datalogging". Instead I get "can't connect"

Connection Error

Is data logging required to connect and get ECU information with the hondalogger?

If not, why am I getting "Connection Error"?

If it is, do I need to send my hondata in for the upgrade or is it just a serial number entered into to hondalogger?

I have a basic s200
