So I'm doing my research into reflashing my ecu.

Can a ecu serial be checked to see if its ever been reflashed?
If so, where would I find that special little #?

What's the difference from k20a3 m1 to a k20a3 m2 ?
How can I determine if its a m1 or m2 ?
