Update as of this morning...
I attempted to set up a new calibration and then just adjust the injector size. this worked fine and verified, and started. I turned the car off and then I uploaded a similar tune file to notice the same error of 6k rev limit.

I have a freshly socketed ecu (P28-A52) automatic with conversion to manual (remove rp17-18 jumper rp18)
The board has had 2 .1uf cap. installed in places c51 / c52. not sure if this would cause the issue,

my friend had these similar issues and I pulled his board up off of the ecu and then set it back into the socket and it worked fine after. I noticed that when the ecu cover was screwed down it would budge the head unit to a point where it was acting faulty from a poor pin to socket connection.
