Just a heads up..

I finally got my car back from being shipped and Just sent my ECU Serial #1589-404785-0A06 Priority Mail Express 1-Day with USPS. They said it will will be there before 3:00pm tomorrow the 13th. Coming from San Antonio TX, 78251..

Just sent it out and Already anxious to get it ...

The copy I posted was in the actual email sent from customerservice@kseriesparts.com after I submitted my order, maybe they mistakenly sent me an older version of the form? So, I'm going to contact them and also feel out the form you posted and send both in with my ecu. !??

Here's why I'm bringing up this concern. I just purchase the reflash and on the list below (from my Hondata ECU Reflash Form) it doesn't say that its not needed for the 05/06 RSX.

[ ] ECU
[ ] Immobilizer (not needed for 06/07 Civic or 06 S2000)
[ ] One Key (not needed for 06/07 Civic or 06 S2000 ...

Just to make it clear for myself and anyone else that's been boggle by this question..

Is it fair to say I only need to send in my ECU and the required document for the 05-06 RSX Type-S w/Raceheader Reflash?

Sorry if it's stated somewhere, but I couldn't find it..
