when the A/C is on the car starts to over heat, If I turn the A/C of it still keeps rising as I've reached a tipping point I guess. without the A/C on the car run's fine no matter how hard I push it.
my setup is more then likely to blame as I have intercooler then fan then A/C radiator then coolant ...

my problem is the car wont start with the default timing and latency settings for the injectors. even when I have them set to 1000cc

I have 1000 cc map but its a 4 bar sensor

Those analog inputs are for datalogging only. You cannot run closed loop from them or use any lean protection.


does that mean that its only of use when the s300 is hooked up to a laptop? if so then how do I hook up a AEM 30-4100 to the ECU for real? and should the analog input be removed while ...

Are you sure you got omni 3 bar map sensor.

yes its the 3 bar one. it says 3 bar on it and when I put in the scalar and offset from the omnipower support page for the 3 bar one it worked.

all my tunes i always put the entire cc of the injectors from 310 to 1600

I got a reply from precision about the injectors with these timings

The following are the latency @ voltage values for our 1000cc injectors:

Open Time Latency (ms) @ Voltage --> 1.63ms @ 8.7v 1.00ms @ 10.4v .80ms @ 12.2v .70ms @ 13.9v .60ms @ 15.6v .56ms @ 17.4v .56ms @ 19.1v .53ms @ 20.9v

Its just the b16agreddyturbo base maps that come with the smanager software with the 3 bar map sensor settings and launch control, shift light, rev limiter, and vtec opening times changed. Could it be that bad?

if you get in contact with precision they will email you the latency value&voltage setting for them i do it all the time

ya I visited there site but couldn't find much in the way of support. I'll try emailing them.

can anyone send me the calibrations needed for injector voltage compensation and fuel trim for my setup. or even better a basemap would be nice
