Meaning, even if I get one of the listed ECUs, it will not work with the current auto tranny setup correct?

As the title say, is there K-pro or any other Hondata option available if I have the below ECU?
37820-PNN-Z52

Did a conversion from a K20A3 to a Type-R K20A and piggy backs just doesn't cut it.
ps : The car currently using a 5-speed Auto
