The s300 itself has nothing to do with the voltages the ECU sees. You are inputting the voltage into the ECU, not the s300. Try your s300 in the known working ECU.

You might be better off using a wideband that reads from 10-20 AF instead of just 9-16 AF. Most widebands can read to 20 AF. At 16AFR on my meter = ELD 4.96 volts. L.volt drops to 0.00 volts which shows up 9.00 AFR in display.
Anything lower than 4.96 volts, L.volt equals ELD volts.
It's like the ecu cannot interpret ELD to L.volt when it exceeds 4.95 volts

Those are for any inputs you may want to datalog.

You may have to play with the voltage offset to get it to read perfectly with the gauge. I usually do 0.02 at a time, positive or negative.

You will need to enter the current injector dead times in parameters. Your new injectors should have came with a spec sheet with the dead time info.

Isn't D14 limited to 3.8 volts?
Try D10. It should read up to 5 volts that your AFR meter puts out.

Think your problem is that you're ignition timing is dipping into the negatives when you're trying to take off from below 2000. When you adjusted you ignition timing, you adjusted in the wrong area on the map. While taking off at below 2000rpm, your car is at 0 vacuum, -4 degree timing, and around ...

What map sensor and wideband are you using? Need to see your datalog.
I have a omni 3 bar map sensor and a ngk afx wideband.
I retarded the ignition a little more and noticed it got better. Maybe it wants no advance at all at that low of rpm range.
