I always ask but never got any replies for other motors lol you guys suck, but anyway b18c5 block, Gsr head itr cams, sir2 trans stock header, injectors, and manifold

My TPS is reading 110% at full throttle how can I adjust it? Or is my TPS bad, and when driving I full throttle it throws code for it? Will appreciate help/info
