You will need to be much more specific and tell us exactly what you are doing, what you are clicking on and the version of software you are using form Help, About and the serial number of the FlashPro you have.

Trying to save the dataloging from files but only save partials then the file dissapear ...

When trying to save 3Mb or higher, I'm not able to get complete saving file.
Either got save chop off or not completing saving the whole file.
