Re: Cannot get PWM to work for the life of me.

For anyone else that came here,I can use my Mac Valve in the normally open and closed position. Ive set mine in the open position at 40 percent duty cycle and hit 10 psi. In the closed position 65% duty and 12 psi. Ive set activation 2 psi below my waste gate spring rating. I dont have the frequency ...

Re: Setting up ID1000 in s300

Nobody's made a post on this topic in 2 months, so Ill be the first. Injector dynamics charts way off. I used the dead times for 43.5 and it idled rough and leaned out. Using those dead times you could set your injectors as 880's and itll run fine but idle rough. If you leave it at 1000cc and use ...

Re: Tuning for E85

Up to 7 degrees advanced, I wouldnt street tune it though. 7 degrees on a dyno . For example, if your at say 35 degrees on premium fuel, you could possibly go to 42 degrees. This is an example dont go off of this.

Electro luminescent Indiglo Display

This gauge has hidden in the background, indicators for VTEC,Datalogging via the ac switch,The SCS switch which i have to change to my secondary fuel tables, and the shift light. The indicators will light up once the threshold has been met.

Re: Datalogging using the dash AC switch

I completely understood the diagram and was able to get the ac switch to turn off anything that could be assigned to it. I gutted my AC but left the connectors intact. Looked at the diagram and started with the compressor switch connector in the engine compartment. Cut a piece of wire, tinned both ...

Wheres my recorded data log when I click record in Smanager?

If anyone has ever had this question arise, go to graph the graph tab and there it is. then click on datalog and save as. Close it if you wish to make another one. I almost wonder if there are people out there that wouldnt care to disclose or share this info, like its a trade secret.

This is on the stock map sensor and this was built off the base map. Worked great for me, then I went closed loop on this.

Tuning for E85

For anyone out there having problems getting a decent map on E85, here is what I found. Make sure that if you go 30% across the normal fuel tables you don't go past 100 percent on your injector duty cycle, and make sure you have your injector dead times exactly what the manufacturer has specs on. I ...

Re: Noob question on Injectors

Thanks for the explanation in the second post, thought I was going crazy. I had to call up the injector manufacturer to get the specs on it. Couldnt match the exact voltages that they provided but I got close to it in the settings. I am running e85 on a boosted d15b originally used a chipped ecu and ...

Noob question on Injectors

Under parameters injectors, when you have the stock and change to current injector, will you see If it does anything to the fuel table because it looks the same to me. Also, is there any other mandatory settings you need to the injectors just to use on a base map. thanks in advance to anyone who can ...
