ok I just started my car up with hondata for the 1'st time and it ran fine. I started revving it and playing with the gas and then it got stuck at 5000 rpms. I shit it off and restarted it and it does the same thing, and then I shut it off and removed the negative terminal for a minute and it still ...

cel light comes on on startup, and doesnt go away, and it wont throw a code. it just stays on and doesn't blink. and I have no clue what to do.

its an s200 with boost. in a p61 ecu
