Re: Issues with 02a (1) code and X-series AEM wideband on S300

Most widebands are 0v=10 A/F 5v=20 A/F. Use the settings in the pics for the X series.

Re: Issues with 02a (1) code and X-series AEM wideband on S300

When using any wideband it should be wired to D10. Using D10 requires the romoval of r136 and r138 on the board. Using D14 limits the upper and lower voltage so you won't see full range. Removing those resistors on D10 will give you full range. The only issue I have seen on the Xseries is the amount ...

Re: air conditioning compressor clutch not engaging

If you set it up like the pictures it will work like stock. If you ever want to actually use a stock sensor you can.

Re: air conditioning compressor clutch not engaging

Using D14 with any wideband limits how low or high of a reading you get. You also get the same thing on the ELD input if you don't remove the resistors. Using the ELD for wideband also lets you run an OEM sensor like stock with just switching back in the software. Fuel economy will not change based ...

Re: air conditioning compressor clutch not engaging

The A/C not working is probably due to the ecu not having the components needed or something is bad. As far as wiring the x300 for closed loop operation goes this is what you need to do.
Make sure power is on a relay so it doesn't shut off under cranking
Wire analog signal to D10 ELD
Remove R136 and ...

Re: Spike in data log, blown motor.

Whats the setup? Ignition timing actually goes down at the spike, wouldn't think it would be detonation. The motor is cold so there is timing be added on top of the main table.

Most likely the IAC is stuck. Take the IAC apart and clean the vane and housing until it spins freely.

Re: cold start tuning

D14 limits voltage both high and low. You won't get the full reading of the wideband, may only read down to 12.5 and up to 16 depending on what your using. D10 allows full 0-5volt to be used. I was looking at the dead times for Grams 2200, my mistake
