Did you get this resolved? Curious because my coolant temp gauge on the cluster started acting strange today. It cycles from 0 bars to 7 bars almost on an exact time schedule. KPRO reads 185-188 straight through.
Prior to today, I’ve never had any issues with it. I’ve had a KPRO AP1 for 5 years.

Re: Kpro4 & AEM failsafe on s2000
I "Fixed" this issue. After spending close to 10 hours total trying to re-ground and rewire everything, nothing worked. What I ended up having to do is change the slope of the input to Kpro. I spent 2 hours datalogging deviations in the reading from the Gauge & Kpro.

Re: Random USB disconnect
I tried to do some data-logging today, And had absolutely zero luck. This is the first time I've tried since I had the CEL issue. I'll post some screen shots, but long story short, neither one of my laptops would/could recognize the ECU. I tried multiple times to update drivers, uninstalling/re ...

Re: Random USB disconnect
Put copper Resistor plugs in. I'll drive it around for a couple days and do some data logs and see how it goes.

Re: Random USB disconnect
Not at all. I do all my data logging around my house(10miles or so) and usually go inside my house to make my adjustments, that's why it usually didn't bother before until lately, because of the more serious issues.
