So the new owner just changes the registered name and when he plugs it into the car it'll change to the VIN he's using

How do I remove the VIN number and registered owner I'm looking to sell my flashpro the VIN is unlocked uploaded security passwords do not exist

I would like to know if anybody knows of a dyno shop thats familiar with tuning a si with a hondata flashpro in the Chicago area that does it the right way thanks
