Re: Battery voltage low, jagged and falls at WOT
My problem was a bad cabin harness. We rewired the entire car with a new Bussmann fuse box and all new Tefzel wire

The car is on the same tune from before the issue started.

Did that solve your problem?
Can you provide pictures of where you wired the wife and? 8' also having the same exact issue and recently installed an AEM wideband.

Re: Floating Battery Voltage / Losing Crank Sensor?
Why is the KAL necessary? I was hoping you could see in the log? I'm sure it's not a tuning issue.

Floating Battery Voltage / Losing Crank Sensor?
At the dyno the car was floating battery voltage under WOT. I replaced the alternator and secured all grounds in the bay. Still doing it. The next day at the track the car would fall on is face in fourth gear almost like it lost crank sensor (RPM going backwards. Here's the log for anyone who cares ...

Re: VERY high AFR's and erratic TPS
So u checked on your friends aftermarket wideband and it's fine? And it's bad on the oem sensor?
I bought another BRAND NEW primary oxygen sensor and it did the same thing (I'm using Denso). And yes, when I went to the dyno, the tuner had his own wideband oxygen sensor (Innovate) and it read ...

Lambda? If you mean wideband oxygen sensor, then no. This is the second brand new sensor. Same issue.curtusz wrote:Maybe your lambda is on the way out then... And the bogging?

Re: Datalog Fails After VTEC Engages
Post a picture of the grounds in the engine bay.
What spark plugs are being used?
Thanks for the response. Sounds like you know where to look for this issue. I couldn't find much info on it other than one guy who actually experienced the same exact issue, but never posted the fix.

So I tuned the car last night and everytime we'd datalogged, it would fail right when he would get into it in 4th gear and VTEC would engage. What could cause this ...

Are you still getting high afr? I can't check the log as I'm using phone.... I only knew my fault as it only happened after I changed pump.... Could be so many things
Tuned the car last night. No problems. Air fuel was fine on his innovate lm2. So the abnormally high air fuels HAVE to be a wiring ...

Re: O2 voltage 0.2 / bogging throttle blip
Your idle is high, and the TPS when idling does not ever go to 0. Make sure the MAP and TPS sensors are not switched. Try calibrating the TPS and setting idle properly as well. If this has not yet been tuned that could also be the issue.

Re: VERY high AFR's and erratic TPS
I changed my pump to an aem 320lph pump I used wrong pipe first time and the pressure must of balloned the pipe to cause a split (no sitching to straight rubber pipe) the pump would prime and the car would start and it was fine for pottering round town but under load the car had much less power and ...

O2 voltage 0.2 / bogging throttle blip
K24 EG civic
Kpro v2 newest software
K20a2 harness
HR conversion harness
Car had no codes. If I blip the throttle quick it dies. If I slightly rev it revs. Idle won't follow in kpro and I noticed the o2 sensor voltage is around 0.2 or so. Is that normal? Could a bad o2 cause this?
