When I connect the laptop it's showing as the s300 online but I try to erase the ecu and it seems like it's doing it but when it supposedly finishes erasing I get the message that it did not erase.

Using version 2.1.1.0

Been using my S300 for over a year now without problems. Now it's giving me a solid red light on the s300 and a solid check engine light, but when I connect my laptop there is no codes stored.
