just from my experience with d16's, sounds to me like the dashpot diaphragm on the intake has a leak in it or is just malfunctioning. I am not even sure that your engine has a dashpot on it, but the same symptoms occured on my d16 and that was the culprit.

I have an 89 integra with the near stock D16A1 in it. I am having a difficult time finding many performance mods. I have exhaust pretty well figured out but getting the intake is a different story. I am not neccessarily looking for cold air, just intake tube and cone filter. Also, what are the best ...
