Re: ITB Tip-in(?) problem
Yes. The customer routed vacuum lines from each runner that goes to a canister where the map sensor also is located.

ITB Tip-in(?) problem
Hi!
Tuned a Civic EG TWM ITB's the other day. At WOT and low load over 2500 rpm it is good. But under 2500 rpm (opening the throttle slowly) the car goes very lean and hesitates. It is tuned using alpha-n and but still has a map sensor. We also had problems with big hesitation / fuel cutoff when ...

Re: Fuel Meter Problems
Think it's strange that the same map has worked with the fuel meter before. Will try with another base map and copy and paste my tables.

Fuel Meter Problems
Hi!
I tune a lot of Hondas here in Sweden and have tuned a lot of FN2's. Never had any problems with the FlashPro at all, but the two latest FN2's I've tuned have had the fuel meter problem that I understood was common when using the race calibrations. But I have never used them and haven't had a ...

Re: MIL flashing at high load and rpm problem
Problem solved. Customer changed out his Mugen twinloop(probably causing too much backpressure) exhaust to a 2,5 inch with better flow. No more flashing MIL.

Re: MIL flashing at high load and rpm problem
Here's a picture of the serial number I got from him. I did 2 new calibrations and copied every map and parameters and sent to him yesterday. He tried them out this morning but no difference at all. He will try to replace his Mugen twinloop exhaust with some straight pipe to see if it helps.

Re: MIL flashing at high load and rpm problem
Spunkster: I don't know if the customer wants to open up his ECU if there still is warranty. That is the right cal. file.
Hondata: I've tried with a code reader but nothing. I will try with a new cal file and copy the files. Thanks for the tip.

MIL flashing at high load and rpm problem
Hi!
Just recently tuned a Euro EP3 with K20a engine, and now it's having problems with the MIL flashing at high rpm and full load. The specs:
K20a oversize bore 2.1 liter
JDM DC5 cams
CP Pistons CR: 11.7:1
Pipers exhaust manifold
Hondata intake gasket
Injen Cold Air Intake
Hondata PRB K-Pro with ...

Becoming a dealer
Hi!
Sorry for posting this here but I've sent some e-mails with my full information, with all the application pages, photos of my dyno cell and everything as you should. But I haven't got any replies about it. Really want to become a dealer, really love tuning the Hondata systems too.

Re: s300 closed loop running super lean, open loop is perfec
Unfortunately I can't do that but I will try to get EMP to do this and send it to me or post it in this thread. Since it's not my car I can't give any better information at the moment. Is this something that you can recognize at all from other Hondas or is it something you have never heard of?

Re: s300 closed loop running super lean, open loop is perfec
If you are concerned about the fuel curves I thought I might post the calibration of the B16 JRSC Civic that had the same problem. Unfortunately I haven´t got any datalogs for it but It might help in some way. This is where we ended before the alternator broke down. Low cam almost finished, haven´t ...

Yes of course! But the wideband isn't plugged in to the ECU on the datalogs.

Re: s300 closed loop running super lean, open loop is perfec
I've now posted the calibrations for closed and open loop. The datalogs is already posted in one of EMP's above posts. Hope this is enough since I don't have access to his car to try changing something myself. The fuel curves are a Little jagged and so on, but we had several problems with the ...

Re: s300 closed loop running super lean, open loop is perfec
Any solution to this or suggestions Hondata? I´ve tuned EMP's car and did all the tuning in open loop, with the o2 sensor disabled, because we do not want any short term trims being applied while tuning, and we do not want long term trim either. EMP's car has 1000 cc ID injectors and runs on E85 ...
