use the sync dist feature in the software and sync it to 16 with a timing light and move on with life..

well i finnally got it going today. did a quick street tune heres a log with afrs i think im rich coming into boost and a tad rich before redline, but it pulls hella good. i had some issue with it breaking up above 6500 so i re gaped plugs from 28 to 20 and fixed that.

Look at coil for bluish round burt looking discoloration on the black plastic. Or you can ohm it out to haynes manual specs. Why rebuild it when there cheap to buy?? I put money on it that your ignitor is faulty. Advance auto sells them under ignition module.

Well according to your posted map the tps wasnt set to stock specs or calibrated right?? I smooth timing tables and set tps overun and put min and max to stock .5 to 4.5articsilber323 wrote:tps has been set at .5v idle and 4.5 wot and then calibrated in s300 for min and max

with a voltmeter probe the middle wire on tps with it plugged in with key on engine off. set it to 0.5 volts idle and 4.5 volts wot. then upload this map. should fix it.

ive had my plx for 6 years no issues tuned prob 40 cars with it. ive had aem,FAST,autometer and innovative crap widebands and none compare to plx. great product. kinda off topic srry
