Idle Getting richer as i tune?

Why does the idle get richer when i tune into high bar/ high cam?
i have a p28 s300 , on a b18c jdm gsr civic.
I included calibration and an closed loop dATA LOG.

My and my gf are on the high cam tuning, but don't want to go any farther, if the idle is wrong.

He says the Stoichometery of E-10 (93 octane w/ 10 % ethanol) is 14.2, so that's what I'm going off. I'm a little worried about tuning for 14.2 as it ...

Why is revlimit set higher? Is it safe?

Hello, i recently purchased an s300 p28 5 spd model, for my jdm gsr b18c obd1 92-95. Could you tell me if it is safe, to have the rev limit at 8484, when stock is 8100 on jdm gsr? Thanks again! I am really looking forward to some street tuning as soon as my wideband and egt come in.
