hey guys just wanted to give you an update. Just got my laptop today and everything installed perfectly so it must be something wrong with my desktop. Thanks guys for all of your help.

tried it and still not working. i ended up finding a go around to the problem. if i use the manager v 1.1.5.6 install driver it works but the only problem i have is that each time i unhook the flashpro and hook it back in i have to uninstal then reinstalll the driver each time. this is the only way ...

Yeah i ended up trying that also. these 2 files showed up.
1. handata flashpro 1.0.2.0 hondata, inc c\windows\inf\oem68.inf

2. handata flashpro 1.0.2.0 hondata, inc c\windows\inf\oem67.inf

i clicked on file 1. and it installs but once it finishes installing the found new hardware window pops up ...
