im using windows 7 what do i have to do to fix the issue uninstall nd reinstall? and where?

I downloaded the white face display but it wont let me upload it to my smanager cause its a rar file not a display?

I have a P72 with s300 installed boosted, I have tried to download from my ecu numerous times and a base map keeps appearing I know this due to the fact that I run 1600cc injectors and when I download from ECU it shows 240cc injectors in both tabs as well as my two step and rev limiter are not mine ...
