For an upgrade? Turn around time is 1 day (we ship the day after we receive it).
However I don't think upgrading to the KPro4 will change anything, unless the process of upgrading software and re-uploading updates the calibration, which you could do on your current system first.

just an update : with the ignition on i have power to pins 14 and 20 on the motor harness side but i do not have power to the CMP 9 pin.. i guess thats where that code is coming from but im just not sure how to fix it.. i guess ill just call Hybrid Racing ...
