Nope, didn't help, but a decent idea thanks. So ran a self diagnostic and got Error 1 which is the FCAN system. Explains why FP can't talk to the ECU.
I'm deep into troubleshooting hell now! That system has 60+ steps to walk through to isolate the cause. Wish me luck...

Re: Flashpro power/datalog LEDs blink but no ECU connection
FP-SI-US-11430
v. 1.8.3.0
I don't think its a FP problem, more likely an ECU problem but wondering what the flashing LEDs are trying to tell me.
Thanks for the quick response!

Flashpro power/datalog LEDs blink but no ECU connection
Long time FP user, first such problem.
Tracing various error codes with the VSA system using another scanner, now have a check engine light that I wanted to study but FP cannot talk with ECU - only the power and datalog LEDs blink together on the box about once per second.
Suggestions?

If I went with studs instead of flange bolts I can be sure to get the thread depth correct, but I wonder how much else will be in the way when I try to put the SC assembly over the installed studs sticking out. I'll find out soon enough - the JRSC is on order.

JRSC with Hondata IMG - anyone installed this combo?
I've searched around and only found one vague reference to a K20 with both JRSC and Hondata IMG install, and they said something about the bolts being too short.
LMK if you've done this, and what you did to work around it, or what bolt length is needed, etc.
Thx
