Any ideas? This is driving me nuts

The issue is in this datalog that i caught happens at 5000rpm and it is an ignition cut.

I know my wideband readings are off but that is mainly due to open exhaust at the current time and the sensor being close to the outlet.

Recently my car started to do what i thought was boost cut. So i lowered the boost with my MBC and have the car hitting 5psi. The load index in SManager on all 3 of my computers doesnt seem right to me. Going from left to right it starts with:
